About This Programme

This bespoke course equips finance professionals and trading representatives with future-enabled communication skills to effectively engage with clients in the digital era. The course focuses on professional personal branding and introduces AI and social media strategies and tools to those outside of content creation and digital marketing job roles. This course is eligible for IBF STS funding.

Course Objectives

The course objectives are to equip finance professionals and trading representatives with the know-how to elevate their professional personal branding and digital network on relevant social media platforms to build awareness of their expertise, products, services, who they are and who they can help with share trading.

Course Outline

This course is designed to update Remisiers with current skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape. Participants will learn to build their personal brand, effectively engage with clients and leverage digital marketing tools to increase awareness of their expertise, products and services.
 

Understand the Digital Marketing Framework and Landscape:

  • Gain insights into the digital marketing eco-system and how it impacts client behavior and engagement.

 

Explore Effective Digital Content Strategies:

  • Learn how compelling digital content is created to increase customer engagement and interaction in the digital era.

 

Develop a Personal Brand on Social Media with Digital Marketing Mix:

  • Build and enhance your personal brand on platforms such as LinkedIn to establish credibility and attract potential clients.

 

Leverage Trending A.I. Digital Tools for Content Ideation:

  • Utilise trending digital tools for content ideation and creation to attract targeted clients to you.

  • Leverage A.I. tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT for content ideation and professional copywriting of attractive content hooks.

 

Best Practices when Advertising on Digital Media Platforms

  • Learn the best practices of advertising on digital media platforms

  • Additional considerations when advertising financial services
     

IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)

This IBF-STS course is recognised under the Standards Training Scheme (STS) and is eligible for STS claims subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

The STS is available to eligible individuals based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. STS provides up to 70% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to a cap of S$3,000 per candidate per course subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
